Woolworths Junior Surfing State Titles Presented by GLOBE: Thrilling Conclusion at Middleton Point

Published on 03/06/2024

The third and final round of the Woolworths Junior Surfing State Titles, presented by GLOBE, concluded spectacularly at Middleton Point, delivering an unforgettable day for surfers and spectators alike. Blessed with perfect conditions, the event saw great 2-3 foot surf, providing the ideal stage for South Australia’s best junior surfers to showcase their talents.

The consistent and clean waves set the tone for high-quality performances across all divisions. Spectators lined the shore enjoying a great display of competitive surfing.

This final round was particularly significant, serving as the last opportunity for competitors to secure their place on the South Australian Junior Surfing Team. The selected surfers will represent the state at the prestigious  Australian Junior Nationals Titles competition in New South Wales later this year. With so much at stake, the level of competition was intense, pushing each participant to their limits.

The atmosphere on the beach was electric, with families, friends, and surfing enthusiasts gathering to support the competitors.

The success of the Woolworths Junior Surfing State Titles, presented by GLOBE, is a testament to the hard work and talent of the young surfers, the dedication of the organisers, and sponsors, and the vibrant support of the surfing community.
