The 2022 Surfing SA AGM will be held on Zoom at 7:00 pm on Tuesday 15 November 2022.

Nominations are open for the Surfing SA Board. 

Nominees must be current financial Ordinary Members of the Association (Non-financial life-members are not eligible for election).

The responsibilities of the board are:

  1. Encourage, promote, advance, and administer the Sport throughout South Australia
  2. Arrange, conduct and regulate competitions in the Sport
  3. Affiliate with Surfing Australia and act as its South Australian affiliated member; 
  4. Maintain and enhance the reputation of the Sport and the standards of play and behavior of Participants and
  5. Undertake and or do other things or activities that are necessary, incidental, or conducive to the advancement of these objectives

Skills that we are seeking include:

  • Grant Writing and Sponsorship 
  • Legal Expertise
  • Marketing and Business Development

We are actively seeking to improve gender balance and diversity.
