NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of Surfing South Australia to be held over Zoom on 23/11/2020 at 7 pm, the business of the meeting will include the following Special Resolution, proposed by the Board of Surfing South Australia for consideration, and if thought fit, passing by the members in attendance and entitled to vote at the meeting.
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
“That we resolve to amend the Surfing South Australia Constitution paragraph 22.1”

- No business may be transacted at any General Meeting unless a quorum is present at the time when the meeting proceeds to business. Subject to clause 22.3(a)(ii), a quorum for General Meetings is 20 Ordinary Members.”
