The first round of the Junior State Surfing Titles took place at Middleton Point, where competitors faced challenging surf conditions with washy onshore 2-4 ft waves, strong winds, and inclement weather. Despite the tough conditions, the event was fun and showcased exceptional surfing performances across all divisions.

This year’s Junior State Surfing Titles consist of three rounds, with surfers vying for a coveted spot on the team that will represent South Australia at the Australian Junior Surfing Titles later this year, set to be held on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
